Excellent quality with very good price

I purchased a second watch as I was happy with the performance of the first. However, some weeks after my purchase I received an invoice for VAT and Disbursements. Nowhere on their site does it state watches are exclusive of VAT or Fees which, I believe is misleading and possibly not legal. TR UK Customer

Being new to the brand I decided that I would search through the website and see what it is that Filipo Loreti has to offer. Within a few minutes I was staggered by the variety of time pieces they have on offer. One thing I particularly noticed was the attention to detail from the products on offer to the way the website was constructed, its layout and its ease of use. I will definitely be back once I have made up my mind which fabulous watch I'm going to treat myself to.

I collect watches and have 85 watches but only two arms but your watches are new and a breath of fresh air as I love the skeltor type watches colours are awesome

Easy to shop ,difficult to choose, so many great designs. Nice Bogof offer. Now just waiting for delivery. Will update when watches arrive.

I bought during their 2 for 1 sale and received my watches quickly. The arrived nicely boxed. I received follow-up mails from customer service. There was a problem with the bracelet on one of the watches.

I emaile the company and they responded quickly and are now sending a new bracelet. Good job by the company.

Like with previous reviews. Do not order if in the UK as you will be landed with a substanrial additional cost from Fed Ex

Why do I have to pay a hidden cost of £62 to FedEx , I would not have ordered this if I knew about this cost!!

Beyond disgusted

The watches are luxurious, the prices are low, and the website is very easy to use

I have purchased 3 watches from this Company in the last year, delivery of the first was as promised and the watch was of good quality. The second order for two watches was also received promptly and the quality was as previous, however one of the cases was damaged. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement, still waiting after 4 weeks. This is not my main concern however, a few days after the watches were received I was notified by Fed Ex that I owed a duty and Tax amount of £55.12 due to having to pay EU VAT! Buyer beware of this extra cost as had I been aware when considering the purchase I would not have placed the order.
FL needs to have transparency for its customers making sure they are aware of this hidden cost.

I bought the Ascari in Tuscany Yellow and am very stoked with the looks, feel and functions.
